The customer hereby authorizes the company Askelys to use its logo and name free of charge, for an unlimited period, except, of course, at its request, for use on the following media (non-exhaustive list) : paper, brochure, kakemono / rollup on trade shows, digital or video presentation, digital communication (FaceBook, Youtube, Twitter, Linkedin and other recognized social networks), as well as any other element of commercial communication. This authorization will only be used on a purely commercial basis in order to constitute a “Customer reference”.

Effective date

This policy is effective march, 15th 2018. We may make and post changes without any notice that will be effective immediately.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France (with the exception of their conflict of laws provisions, including any international conventions). All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be brought before and finally resolved by courts sitting in the Jurisdiction of Nanterre, and You agree to submit to the venue of the courts of Nanterre, France.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Askelys shall be entitled to seek interim measures such as, but not limited to injunctive relief, security or other remedies from any other court of competent jurisdiction.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY ONLY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST ASKELYS IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR A GROUP OR CLASS ACTION MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Language

These terms are written in French and English. In case of inconsistency, the French version shall prevail.
